2. Service Availability

Discount Promo LLC is committed to delivering consistent and reliable service. However, service continuity may be subject to interruptions resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party provider outages. We shall not be held liable for any such interruptions.

Equipment & Installation

Certain service plans may require dedicated equipment, which will be supplied by Discount Promo LLC or its authorized partners. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper installation, operation, and maintenance of all provided equipment.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Account Accuracy

Customers must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of account registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

Prohibited Conduct

In using our services, you expressly agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services or networks

4. Fees & Payment Terms

Service Fees

By subscribing to a service plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan. Discount Promo LLC reserves the right to modify service fees with advance notice provided to customers.

Authorized Payment

Payments are processed via accepted payment methods, including major credit cards. Upon enrollment, you authorize Discount Promo LLC to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred under your account.

Late Payments

Accounts with outstanding balances may be subject to late payment penalties as stipulated in your individual service agreement. Discount Promo LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment.

5. Cancellation & Termination

Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their service subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Please note that early termination fees may apply in accordance with the terms of your service agreement.

Termination by Discount Promo LLC

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to our services, without prior notice, in the event of a violation of these Terms or engagement in any activity deemed unlawful or harmful.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property associated with our services — including but not limited to content, software, logos, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Discount Promo LLC or its licensors. Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described therein.

8. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration Agreement

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Discount Promo LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.

10. General Provisions

• Severability — Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
